Sunset Wellness is the parent; the others sit under it. Each has a number its texts come from and an address its email comes from, so a customer only hears from the business they're actually dealing with.

Apps choose which one speaks: the calendar picks a business per booking page, the lobby kiosk picks one to text from.

Messages to your own team come from

Sign-in codes and anything else addressed to staff rather than to a customer. These belong to no booking page, so without a choice here the app would use whichever business happened to be first in the list.
